could some one explain what the reason is many guys choose to count reps during set like: 1-10, then will start over and count say 1-5, if the set was 15 total reps? Im just wondering if its because of some theroy that restarting the set makes you psychologically try to do more total reps, or if its faster to say then 11, 12, ect..?
