Lookin solid bro. Stats? Years training?

5" 9. 174ish at the moment. I been lifting about 8 years but lost quite a bit of time due to injuries and life. Stats I really haven't checked but my arms are probably 17 think and my legs are 25. Legs are definitely weak point for me. Tore my patellar tendon and lost a lot of size! Trying to build them back up.
