First off whats the verdict on dependancy of Slin? Ive read various opinions on yes you can run it for however long you want or you should do 4 weeks on and 4 off. Next question is I usually take 10 iu of Humulin R pre-workout and sip on a shake containing 30g waxy maize, aminos, and creatine but I feel like the insulin since I began using it has become weaker. should I up the insulin dose? or cut back the carbs slightly? my first thought was to cut back the carbs but, i figure i see what everyone here thinks.
 
How long have you been doing the 10ius or any other doses of slin for? and only 30g of carbs is correct? how many aminos as well? personally those numbers just dont add up, maybe if been running too long there is a form of slin resistance developed.. can only speculate tho with the little info you provided..
 
Unfortunately, if you use insulin too frequently, your body gets used to it and it doesn't work as well. The way the pros take insulin is 2-3 days a week max, 3x/day. George Farrah is my friend's trainer. He has him on slin twice a week, 3x/day. He said any more and it won't work.
 
How old is your bottle of insulin?

Have you checked your fasting glucose ? This the only way to tell if your becoming insulin resistant.

Take time off from insulin..amd sensitivity will return
 
ive been running it a few months just 3x's a week. I just came off of a blast now im doing a cruise for aas so I guess nows a good time to take a break from the slin too.

It increases insulin sensitivity
And
lr3 acts on igf receptors and insulin receptors
Dat had said before igf is a poor mans insulin ams insulin is a poor mans igf (as it has effect of igf receptors as well)
 
Origanaly I took slin to often and worked up to 20ius, Now,I like running slin at 8-15ius pre then after it tapers IGF, Getting the best of both 3-4 days a week.

good call with the LR3 I was actually thinkin some DES I been reading about the pumps and its quick acting. Opinion on which? Im new to the whole peptides thing. and ive read mixed views on how you take it either IM or sub Q? what are peoples opinions.
 
I think Igf-1 lr3 will di a better job of increasing insulin sensitivity since the longer half life. DES should do a better job for spot growth. I always IM either...just in case you get any site growth...cant hurt anything...
 
been on 7 or 8 iu/workout plus igf des pre workout for a couple weeks pumps/ strength gains and workouts have been great
