i'm kinda liking this stuff.
my girl made a big pot of it today with chicken soup broth, green and red peppers and chick peas. i have been snacking on it and have found that i get absolutely no bloaty feeling at all from it, unlike oats which for some reason really bloat me. and i find just a 1/2-3/4 cup of it with a protein shake leaves me feeling full.
just wondering if anyone else uses/ has used this carb in a prep?
