I am 5'10, 210 and soon to be 41. I am six weeks into a test e only cycle and have been very impressed so far. I would like to extend my cycle another cpl of weeks and throw in some oral winny and some deca. Also, since I am over 40 can I stay on a small maintanance dose of test for an indefinite period of time? My motivation and good spirits have not been this good in a long long time.
Also right now I am doing the following schedule:
Mondays , Chest
Tuesdays, Back
Wednesday, Legs
Thursday, Shoulders
Friday , Arms
Sat, light all around workout
would I be better of hitting my parts twice a week? I have been doing that for about 4 yrs and just switched about a month ago.
I do 30 minutes on the elliptical 3 - 4 days at week, first thing in the am (about 5am) workouts at 11am during my lunch break
any help would be appreciated
