I am 5'10, 210 and soon to be 41. I am six weeks into a test e only cycle and have been very impressed so far. I would like to extend my cycle another cpl of weeks and throw in some oral winny and some deca. Also, since I am over 40 can I stay on a small maintanance dose of test for an indefinite period of time? My motivation and good spirits have not been this good in a long long time.

Also right now I am doing the following schedule:

Mondays , Chest
Tuesdays, Back
Wednesday, Legs
Thursday, Shoulders
Friday , Arms
Sat, light all around workout

would I be better of hitting my parts twice a week? I have been doing that for about 4 yrs and just switched about a month ago.

I do 30 minutes on the elliptical 3 - 4 days at week, first thing in the am (about 5am) workouts at 11am during my lunch break

any help would be appreciated
 
everything looks good...you should be good extending your cycle like you want to do...the only suggestion that i would make is maybe not lifting more than 2 days in a row...i would take a break then go back to your routine...Monday, Tues, Wed - off, Thurs, Fri., Sat - off...i normally take at least 2 days a wk off...if you are lifting hard like you should, you will need that recovery time...just my .02cents...
