Cramping help please!!!

Hey guys. Need a little help on what may be causing bad back pumps. I just started a t-Bol, test e, and mast p cycle and I am getting back pumps to the point of being sore for days (did deadlifts Thursday and today I am still pumped and sore to the point it's still extremely uncomfortable). Even before my cycle, when I deadlifted, I would get horrible back pumps. It's only back too-not calves or anything else. I was using gylcergrow before cycle and the pumps we so unbearable I had to quit taking it. I take taurine-up to 9-10grams a day. I drink 8oz of pedialyte every morning preworkout. I eat 2 bananas every single day pre-, and post-workout. My question is what may be causing it when I doing everything that should be done to help prevent them. I have read threads (yes i searched before asking) on this but curious what may be causing it specifically for me? Might try a shot of pickle juice pre-workout now too. That's the only thing I can think of-maybe a sodium deficiency. I don't add salt to anything and I don't eat anything that's not whole/natural. Chicken, fish, veggies, fruits, organic oatmeal, brown rice, nuts, etc. Any insight or recommendations other than what I am doing to help would be very very appreciated!!!
 
Are you holding a lot of water? Is your bodyfat high? An AI or natural diuretic might help if its a water weight issue
 
Try 500mg of magnesium with your preworkout meal and before you go to bed.
 
Not holding any water. My body fat is low-usually around 10% (visible abs all year). I am on .25 adex daily. I will try the magnesium and look into that. Dont remember reading about magnesium. Appreciate you guys help.
 
Cramping is due to electrolyte imbalance. You can correct this by taking calcium, potassium, and magnesium supps or you can get those minerals from coconut water. I drink coconut water everyday and take my minerals and it helps tremendously with cramping issues.
