The only thing that causes me to cramp horribly is liquid clen. Worst cramps ever in hamstrings and inner thigh following a leg workout. They often hit during the middle of the night waking you up out of a dead sleep.

hhaha this is the worse...I have scared the Mrs. many times coming out of a dead sleep screaming from hammy/calf cramping up
I see a lot of people saying the use potassium supplements.
Which one?
All I see are ones with just 99mgs which is next to nothing.
I do eat a good deal of pineapple and bananas but what supplements are you guys using?
