cramping like hell

As far as cramping, I was cramping all over a few weeks ago, in places I have never cramped, and I just kept upping the electrolytes, potassium, magnesium, calcium,zinc, with also a few thousand ius of vitamin D, and it solved the problem for me. Someone here may have a more useful, or comprehensive supplement to offer, I just bought them all.
 
Taurine i found was very good for cramping

The only thing that causes me to cramp horribly is liquid clen. Worst cramps ever in hamstrings and inner thigh following a leg workout. They often hit during the middle of the night waking you up out of a dead sleep. :(

hhaha this is the worse...I have scared the Mrs. many times coming out of a dead sleep screaming from hammy/calf cramping up
 
too much water and masteron will get me everytime! I seem to run best on 1.5 gal of water ed and keep my potassium,mag,pedialyte ,,any more water and I have to double up my minerals

All the above ideas are good but it would be helpful to identify the cause to more accurately dial in the solution.
 
IV fluids. Pedilyte, Cal, K, Mag, Na, Taurine. I like cytosports drink mix for replacement too. I'd cut out anything that depletes you too, Clen ect......Creatine, Nitrous/NO products as well. Food wise I eat a couple pickles before I do a hot outdoor session or hike, drink some of the juice. I got that from a sports med Doc. works awesome. I live in AZ so I know this. lol
 
I used to get ridiculous cramps. Tried Taurine, now I don't leave home without it.
 
Magnesium taurate and potassium citrate are great for reducing cramps.
They also lower BP.

Which one?

All I see are ones with just 99mgs which is next to nothing.

I do eat a good deal of pineapple and bananas but what supplements are you guys using?

calf cramps are the worst. I get them so bad my calves are sore for 2-3 days
 
Id bet mostly dehydration. I had this recently. Also all the other suggestions. If I have any caffien it seems to get worse. But I would watch how much potassium you are taking if on. More water, I drink a lot of poweraid or gatoraid.

99 mg is the legal limit per pill. I eat a lot of avacado and mandarins which are high in potassium. Coconut water is also quite high.
 
I haven't had a cramp in years and all i do is eat plenty of potassium and drink plenty of water, especially first thing am. I use taurine if on clen but find no need otherwise. My mums husband gets cramps and i gave him a bag of taurine and it helped
