Cramping up very easily

Ive been lifting for 8+ years and have ran quite a few different cycles. Only running a basic test cycle currently but over the last month ive noticed that I am cramping up very easily, seems to be getting worse and worse. Chest, Biceps, even Abs seem to randomly cramp up at times. What have you guys done to stop the cramping?
 
Cut back on caffeine. As long as you don't have high BP, increase sodium intake. I use extra salt, plus "No Salt" which is a salt substitute. It is potassium chloride. That plus taking multi vitamin mineral tablets every day which have adequate magnesium, I no longer have any cramping problems. And of course.....stay well hydrated.
 
I find that if I start cramping up alot it is a sign that I need to drink more water and shortly after increasing my water intake I quit getting cramps
 
Magnesium and be a factor too.

Bananas and Gatorade....works wonders

usually cramping during workout = potassium deficiency
cramping during night = magnesium deficiency

it's not a for sure way to tell, also could be sodium,
 
Have you had any bloodwork done and are you taking an ai. Me personally, I cramp up like a son of a bitch if I let my estrogen get elevated.
