Crap News right before start of cycle

It have been challenged by tennis elbow for the past 8 mts and was working though it, I had decided to run my second cycle starting this week.

Just seen my Physiotherapist and he has found the source of the problem, My Shoulder (AC joint) had one decompressed 14 mts ago and now its looking like the other needs doing.

I'm lucky and got PVT healthcare, so can pretty much tell the surgeon when I want it done.

so I guess I will have to pospone my cycle. Question is how long, should I wait until fully recovered and back to full strength or start it when I resume Physio, or gym work?
I intend to keep going on my peps throughout,

To say I'm pissed off is an understatement, Timing is bad on lots I levels, as I'm also looking at changing jobs, and may have an assessment centre interview coming up.

Just back from the Orthopedic surgeon, 2 cortisone injections into the top and back of the ACJ, now I have to wait 6 wks and see if that sorts it, if not then its ACJ decompression.

So question is, Do I crack on with my cycle or wait a couple of weeks or forget about it until after the 6 wk, I can continue training throughout the 6 wks unless I'm stoped by pain. I intend to continue with my peptides throughout

you thoughts please,

I guess it depends on the goals and I would say age also. I am in my 40s and working thru some shoulder and elbow issues. I have found that keeping the loads a bit lighter helps. But then again I am not looking to bulk.
 
I would get it healed up before starting your cycle. You could more damage to it.
 
That sucks, but it could be worse. At least you have good healthcare.
To be honest, when I saw the thread title, I thought it was going to be something much more messed up.

As for your question, I wouldn't start the cycle until you are fully back in business.... it will take a few sessions
for each bodypart for everything to be back to normal after a long layoff (at least in my experience anyway).
I wouldn't want to waste any AAS during that time period, when your body is 'new' at lifting again.
I think you are more prone to injury at that point too, and getting too strong too fast as soon as you get back into
lifting might set you up for more problems.
