crashed gear

is it ok to use crashed gear, when I put under hot water it becomes crystal clear, but within minutes its cloudy like someone poured milk in to it, what can I do, this never happened to me before, thoughts

Crashed gear usually turns into gel or gets what looks like crystals , you have cloudy gear which seems like moisture got into the bottle some how

usually after heating it up it comes back but that's my experince

On a serious note, crashed gear isn't all that uncommon and it can still be used. You can try heating the vial with a hair dryer or placing it in a pan of water on the stove and heating slowly. The gear should clear up and you will be good to go.

I think it's fine to reheat the gear. I just think that sponsor should replace as well. They did something wrong when brewing to make it crash if you are storing it at the right temperature

yes I did reheat it ,I even put in oven for 1 hour at 250degrees, looked great but like always 5 minutes later complete cloudiness

Hit your sponsor up. Have them resend. If it keeps crashing then there's an issue. And it'll normally hurt like hell when it crashes in your body.
