Synthol doesn't prevent you from looking dry. The two have nothing to do with eachother. Synthol is injected deep within the muscle tissue, pushing the muscle outward towards the surface. This creates more vascularity and a harder appearance. You obviously haven't used synthol while maintaining a very low body fat percentage. Synthol increased my upper and lower pec separation, made my bis more vascular, my tris and delts are covered in veins. All top level pros use synthol. Every single one. The watery look that most people associate with synthol is just a guy with higher body fat, which looks like crap.
exactly, alot of what people see wen muscles appear oily is becoz not all the synthol is injected deep within the muscle, and some sits underneath the skin causing that soft/undefined oily look
inject a small amount deep in the muscle, and the swelling and increase in vascularity can make you look pretty awesome
