If I'm not mistaken, one reason for vascularity like this is a transition from being severely overweight (fat). Veins actually trail through your fat when you get hefty enough. When you lean out, the veins do not go away.... and there's more of them.I'm not talking about visible vericose veins either.

A lot of former fat guys are very very very veiny lean. Seen it first hand, huge ab veins and shit on one of my buddies who used to be like 80lbs of fat overweight. Others just have the genetics.

There is a lots of people who look a crazy behind to make the veins on the body for look more dangerous. It can be a give you the plus marks in a competition for that lots of body builder made behind it.

i believe genetics plays a role in severity of vascularity also. my mom has pretty intense amount of veins showing in her arms and legs (especially after her recent change in lifestyle/diet), which seems to come easy for me when i begin to lean out but loads of veins are still apparent when in the off season when im bloated to the max

tren had me sitting in the bathroom mirror for a good hour when results started coming in with branches of veins popping out everywhere
