Cream of Rice

I’ve substituted the COR for the grits in shrimp and grits with Cajun seasoning/hot sauce. Pretty damn good. Have also used chunks of chicken breast the same way.

If you use rice flour rather than cor you’ll get that gritty texture that’s so good in grits

Splenda and honey. I use Hot Honey cause I like the spice and sweetness.

I cook in the microwave and just put salt and pepper on it. When you're dieting its like crack

stevia, peanut butter, protein powder. It’s delicious but it makes me dump for some reason about an hour after I eat it.
