Is creatine a bad idea to use during a cutting cycle? I'm not using one of those high sugar, creatine products. I've been throwing 5-10 grams per day in one of my whey protein shakes. It may be my imagination but I feel as though my striations and cuts have diminished a little bit since adding the creatine.
 
using it post work out? Even when i only take in high GI carbs with creatine being just that... i still tend to get smoother. Well cept when I tried my humalog exoperiment.... and that was too creepy for even me.
 
you might want to think about trying buffered creatine , it works very good and ive noticed no water retention from using it actually just the opposite
 
well we know creatine draws water into the cell, theres just a fine line where it goes too far and you start feeling looking bloated or on a lesser scale, smoother.

I would try, like saint posted, use creatine post workout out only and in VERY small amounts. Animal posted this a while back and for me has worked like a charm, mind you im not up on stages though...

2-3 grams post workout only will most likely give you all the benefit of creatine use withOUT the negative sides such as bloating. I recommend anyone that asks to use tthat protocol.

I have alot of friends with finicial interest in it but sorry guys this stuff is bad news IMO.

Regular creatine got so cheap companies just hafta find a way to jack the price, especially in the post pro-hormone era, I think we are gonna see alot of old supplements common back with some sorta ester attached to it or an acetyl group in front, whatever, SMOKE N MIRRORS

Not only cannot I see using CEE over regulare creatine; CEE in NOT easy to make. Alot of companies source there stuff from china where regulations are :eek: but even if made in good ol US of A I still would worry about toxins.

My recommendation use regular creatine post-workout only.

If believe you are a "non-responder" to creatine supps and want to help hydrate or "volumnize" turn to Taurine. Even in conjuction with creatine, Taurine is a great amino, does alot of good for general health and may help ya fill out.
