I just take in 10grams in my pwo shake. Never noticed a difference when loading. I also take in alot of caffeine and that negatively affects creatine uptake, so it's the only time I can work it in.
40 grams a day here, for a couple months on, then a week or two off.
thats the only way i've ever gotten notable results from creatine.. and damn.. are they notable.
