I am wondering if it is really worth the money to invest a better source of creatine.I have used both and currently getting monohydrate out of my protein shake.I saw a sponsor on ironlifter that carried a cell volumizer that contained creatine ethyl ester along with beta alanine.It is a excellent deal..3.10 lbs for around 40 bucks..something like 133 servings per container.I know that with monohydrate you have to have a transporter such as dextrose..but what is the importance of beta alanine?I know that I notice water retention with the monohydrate.
