CEE is okay but it raises creatine levels very quickly then drops off rather fast. I prefer Dicreatine Malate as the levels stay up for much longer(8hrs vs. 1 hr for CEE). Plus the price difference is rather large. 1000g of CEE is usually $30 to $40 while 1000g of Dicreatine Malate is $15.
