I have never taking any Creatine before, There are so many different types. Do ya'll take Creatine? If so, what kind? Can you tell a difference? Is it worth it? Thanks in advance
Dr. Flex I'm assuming you mean 5 grams. 50 grams and you'd be dumping a considerable amount of it in the toilet. Go monohydrate and save the money for other supplements.
I was forcing 50 grams in for a week or two but didn't feel any benefit. I believe the dose is weight dependent and it's cheap...at 250lbs I never do less than 25-30 grams. I kick it up by adding 2 scoops C4 pre work out occasionally, but only when I need the caffeine
