Just wanted to share some progress - ive been using kings tren, geno dnp, my HRT test cyp, my RX adex, and Ace labs TEst cyp
currently trying to get as lean as possible as fast as possibl
2/5/22 - 200 mg tren ace (260lbs @ 6`2 ~15% BF)
2/6/22 - same
2/7/22 - same
2/8/22 - same - appetite going to shit
2/9/22 - same - even worse today
2/10/22. Thurs - 200mg t ten ace - appetite completely gone
2/11/22 - Friday - 100mg tren ace + 100mg test cyp
2/12/22 - saturday - 100mg tren ace + 2 geno DNP in 2 doses - appetite returning (took advantage of lack of food for past few days to burn some extra fat w/ dnp)
2/13/22- sunday - 100mg tren ace + 2 geno DNP in 2 doses
2/14/22- monday - 100mg tren ace + 2 geno DNP in 2 doses + 1mg Anastrozole RX
2/15/22 - tues - 125mg test cyp
2/16/22 - wed - 100mg test cyp
2/17/22 - Thursday 125 test cyp - feel great - appetite 100% normal
2/18/22 - friday - 125 Test cyp feel great (242lbs)
2/19/22 - nothing
2/20/22 - nothing
2/21/22 - 200mg HRT test cyp
2/22/22 - 1mg adex
2/23/22 - 250mg Test cyp - 238 lbs(about 10% maybe 9%)
2/24/22 -100mg tren ace
2/25/22 - 200mg tren ace
diet:
M1
4 whole eggs
2 pieces of bacon/some kind of meat
2 blueberry English muffins
M2
2 servings Greek yogurt
entire small blueberry/blackberry/raspberry container
1 cup all natural granola w/ minimal ingredients
M3
Peri workout
10g EAA - true nutrition
electrolytes - re-lyte
10g creatine
5g taurine - true nutrition
sometimes 10-30g Gatorade if im feeling a little low
Post workout:
another M2 or straight M4
M4
some type of lean meat 8 ounces (chicken, turkey, etc)
salad/green beans/broccoli/fibrous veggie
Sweet potatoes/white rice/ some type of carb
M5
Same as M4 with less carbs (sometimes no meal 5 if I am not hungry)
workout:
chest/back going from back and forth between chest and back exercises
legs
arms/shoulders
Rest days taken as needed or as my schedule makes me have them
30min-60min stairs postworkout and rest days if i can squeeze it in
Currently taking a break from all protein powders
