There has always been an ongoing debate about tren affecting the liver, but from the many posts I've read here and otherwise, the consensus is that tren should not affect the liver, even in relatively high doses. It tends to change the color of your urine to a dark yellow/orange color, which can be a sign of a stressed liver, though people have gone to their docs multiple times and gotten back a regular blood panel.
I'm not sure about that medication, but pretty much any type of sauce is gonna bump up your LDL cholesterol and slash your HDL cholesterol. In a short term, this is not a big deal, but can cause long-term problems if the cholesterol levels remain out of whack for a while. This is why we have to take breaks and recover after cycles.
I had to get on Accutane for acne in February so I've stayed off cycles since then just to avoid any medical problems that could arise. (Last cycle ended last early October and my acne is mostly just genetic/age-related stuff.) I wouldn't eff with your insides if there's a risk, though I'm sure others would say just keep your bloodwork current and you'll be fine. Accutane tends to elevate cholesterol levels and has mild liver damage potential, though my numbers have been coming back as above-average or excellent since I started it.
