I would use as little of Calm as possible. The absorption is terrible. It will go straight through you as very little makes it into the muscle tissue.I take one scoop of Calm every night. I think it’s possible I could add to this in the am and also possibly bump sodium as well. I’m interested to see what my labs show. Will take the advice in this thread and see if I see any improvement. Appreciate everyone chiming in![]()
Thorne makes a good Magnesium Glycinate powder that’s 200mg per scoop. Glycinate or Taurate would be the two forms I’d stick to for absorption.
