I was cruising for a while at 150mg test e. I've been off 12 weeks. I am 44 yrs, 5'9, 210lbs right now. Maybe around 13% BF. Gonna run 500mg test e base. What would be a good compound to run with for bulk not worried about being to lean at this time. I was thinking Deca. Trying to stay away from Teen due to lack of experience with it.

Anavar if your source is reliable, npp, test c. No test base sucks pinning everyday. I personally feel like more free test is available on test c

I like this. Masteron goes hand in hand with test, and given your body fat level should stop the look becoming too messy.

Something like deca is great for all out mass but you're likely to be very bloated on test/deca unless you lean down first.

500 test and 200-300 masteron with a solid diet and intense training will add quality size with much if any fat , greatly reduce estrogen sides if you're prone to them.

It's sad to know how many people don't realize how much they can grow on how little gear.

Is HGH and option?? If not then I'd look into MK-677 , it definitely adds some hunger , great pumps and better sleep all beneficial to muscle growth

start with DNP for 10-14 days to lose some significant body fat % prior to bulking phase.
