This is my 4th maybe 5th cycle.

Test prop 50mg everyday weeks 1-14
NPP 50mg everyday weeks 1-8
Eq 600mg every week(2 injections a week every 3 days) weeks 1-14
Primo 800mg same injection schedule as eq weeks 1-14
Anavar 75mg Ed weeks 2-12

Pct nolva clomid

I'm on week 4 up 10 pounds and bf looks the same wanna keep bf the same while adding another 8-10 pounds
 
That's my goal... Yes it's tough but shouldn't we shoot high. Also you act like its impossible I'd be happy to add another 6..
 
That's over 3g of gear man. What's your current stats? Age, height, weight, previous cycles?
 
Lots of gear, but most of them pretty safe.

If you're really going after HPTA recovering, you should add some HCG during the cycle.
 
I figured primo eq and anavar all very mild. I'm 26 5'9 180 7 percent bf. gonna order some hcg!!
 
Good luck w/ your goals bro, but it's gonna be more like 9.75 lbs of water weight and maybe if you're lucky and eat all your veggies you might gain a 1/4 lb of actual muscle mass :D

drop the npp or eq.
cut back on the weeks of var to 6-8.
 
you seem to be doing well with it
your weights up and your gaining..

im not you but
id do 100 prop per day
and 75 npp per day

i think thats 700 test and 525 npp per week

then if i felt like it id add the primo for the last 5-6 weeks at 600
save the rest for next time
 
BigDM ur redic just cause u get shitty gains doesn't mean I will. I'm already up 10 lbs bf looking the same
 
ED injections are gonna get old FAST(especially w/prop)...I'd do those EOD...EQ can be done 1x a week...just a thought
 
Here is my critique, so don't flame me because this is what you wanted:

1. 14 weeks is a long time to pin everyday. Substitute Test E for Test P.

2. Do not run anavar for 10 weeks. It is best to use orals for 4 weeks.

3. Drop either NPP or EQ. I would drop both and see #6 below.

4. You are using over 2.5 grams of gear per week. I know you said this is your 4th or 5th cycle but you only weight 180lbs. Your body is no where near ready to use this amount of gear. What will your next cycle be, over 3.5 grams/week?

5. You weight 180lbs with 7% BF, but this seems like a lean bulk/cutting cycle. This is too much gear to be using for a lean bulk/cutting cycle at your size. Heavy cycles with this much gear should be used for big bulking to add mass (over 20lbs).

6. Next cycle, use Test E and Primo and make it a bulk cycle. Inject twice a week. You could convert your current cycle to this once you get Test E.

7. The 10lbs you gained in 4 weeks is mostly water weight.

I know what your response will be. You will say that you want to stay lean and not add any water/bloat/fat. Keep your diet clean and you will minimize these factors.
