here's diet I am using basically...in the point of adding in more carbs to meet this...since I've been feeling flat lately since I've upped my activity day to day.

100g CARB (usually it is homemade glutenfree banana bread since my gf is gluten intolerant and we eat together)
50g EGG WHITE PRO (liquid)
12:00: PRO+CARB MEAL 50P/100C/0F
50g CARB from potato/rice/pasta
50g CARB from maltodextrin
50g PRO from WHEY ISO
2:00: WORKOUT (FULLBODY 3X/WEEK+SWIM 3x/week) 50C
banana and green apple (a treat!)
3:00: PRO/CARB/FAT MEAL 20P/50C/15F
50G CARB from potato/rice/pasta
20g PRO from LBA (yum the grape tootsie roll flavor )
15g FAT from FLAX/OLIVE OIL
6:00: PRO/CARB/FAT MEAL 20P/50C/15F (carb cut-off)
50g CARB from potato/rice/pasta
20g PRO from LBA
15g FAT from FLAX/OLIVE OIL
9:00: DINNER PRO/FAT MEAL 70P/30F
70g PRO from half pound of MEAT

salad/veggies (my gf likes to eat dinner low-carb and so do I)

10mg NOLVA, 5mg AROMASIN

I am 5'6" and 165 looking to hold weight here and get harder/more conditioned. thank you for advice
