So here is what I've been planning on doing. let me know your thoughts. I'll be running this consistently.

AM
100mcg Ipamorelin
100mcg CJC1293

Noon
2.5iu gh

Preworkout
100mcg IGF1-LR3 (sub q or IM, doesn't matter really)

Immediately Post workout
MGF 200mcg IM Bi-lateral

PM
2.5iu GH


Reasons:
1. I've only really felt first thing in the morning was an effective time for GH releasing peptides. Otherwise when you're eating 5000 calories a day you never really have an empty stomach so I can't see the effects being the same (from my understanding of digestion rates, and my own anecdotal research)

2. GH split up into 2 shots. I've read research where lipolysis is maxed at around 2iu per shot, so better to do this. Also I noticed 2.5iu helps me sleep just as nice as taking all 5iu at night.

3. IGF1 pre (3 weeks on 3 weeks off)

4. MGF - here is where I'm a little unsure. I know some guys prefer the Peg, but my understanding is that causes some of the bleed and would also mean that the IGF would be less effective to run concurrently with it. Thoughts though?

-I should mention I'm a National level light heavyweight, so the goal is well....keep getting bigger while staying lean hah. What would you change to this? Or any specific thoughts? The only thing I'm new to is the MGF.
