This is the cycle I am considering.... I already have the gear... My dosage is probably a little high... that's where Im looking for help. I am looking for some experienced BBs to make suggestions/modifications...
I want to get ripped... that's the bottom line... and at the same time, I don't want to do anything that will compromise long-term health... (or be dangerous on the short-term)
Up until this last year I was doing strictly cardio... no serious lifting... 'cept for the last year... This will be my second cycle.... My first cycle was sust/deca... but only over 8 weeks and at a much lower dosage.
I am 31yo 6'5" 200lbs....

1000mg/wk~sustanon~12 weeks
600mg/wk~DecaDurabolin~10 weeks
50mg/day~Dianabol~weeks 1 thru 6

20mg/day~Nolvadex~12 weeks
40mg/day~ Nolvadex~weeks 14 thru 17


Here are my questions/concers with this cycle:
-DOSAGE... I want to maximize results, but stay within a safe/effective range for the gear used (on the upper end).
-DIANABOL... I know I'm dealing with liver toxicity issues here Is 50mg/d safe for 6 weeks?
-WATER RETENTION... and with that... high blood pressure... looking for suggestions to minimize/combat water retention.
-PCT... I read alot of conflicting info here... Is Nolva sufficient or do I need to make changes/additions?
-ALSO... I have alot of albuterol and efedrine hcl on hand.... (should/can I incorporate this?)
 
In the past year you started lifting seriously and did your first cycle (with modest doses) and now you plan on doing 1950mg/wk? That seems a bit much IMO, especially with your stats, and is likely unnecessary. Besides, deca at 600mg/wk and you're just asking for progesterone sides. If you did plan to use this amount I would suggest cabergoline. I also wouldn't use sust with deca due to the huge difference in esters, but whatever I guess, to each their own. The sust would require minimum E3D injections due to the shorter esters. Nolva doesn't need to be run the entire time. Use it only if you have estrogen sides while on, and for PCT. Since you already have the gear I would suggest this:

test 600mg/wk 12 weeks
deca 300mg/wk 10 weeks
dbol 50mg/day weeks 1-3 and 7-9
(or 35mg/day weeks 1-4 and 9-12 if you've only got a limited supply)
nolva 40/30/20/10mg per day weeks 14/15/16/17
(or 40/40/20/20 depending on how you have it dosed)

You could even extend the cycle since you lowered the doses of test and deca. These are my suggestions. Everyone works a bit differently so take my advice as just that.
 
very good.. Now Double or even Triple the dose on your eating. 6'5" @200lbs is a bean pole.

Thanks for the advice JC.... I knew that cycle was prob. overkill....
let me ask you this:
-the sust is 250.... do you think I should go up to 750/wk, down to 500/wk... or alternate every other week for an avg of 625/wk?
-I've read optimum results with deca are achieved at a dose of 2mg/lb bodyweight... do you think I should stick with 300mg? Would 400mg/wk be too much and make me prone to progesterone sides???
-If I did extend the cycle... for how long??? will going beyond 12 weeks dramatically increase risk for estrogen sides?
-I have more than enough Dbol... its not an issue... How would you dose/space it... and would you extend it along with the rest or limit it?


thanks for the advice and please give me your honest opinion... Im not gonna be the arrogant amateur that knows more than those with experience... if experience says its not a good idea, then I will listen. thanks again!!

what kind of diet are you planning to use with this cycle . i know that this is not t your question , but i just want to let you know that if your diet is not on track , you won't get anything out of it . looking at your current stats , it seems to me that you are already ripped or just skinny and fat .i don't have any input on your cycle , sorry . but would love to see your diet though !!

I'm with him. 6'5" at 200 pounds is very skinny. The doseages your talking about are for a seasoned user, even then they are on the high end.

I knew the dose was high... I put it together using the high end of reported doses from others that I found on the net... as an absolute max... I came hear to seek some experienced opinions because I knew it was high and I don't want to be guilty of the "more is better" philosophy.... (probably the opposite)

the actual cycle I modeled this after is as follows:

500mg/wk~test~10wks
200-400/wk~deca~10wks
25-30mg/d~dbol
20mg/d~nolva~10wks~(if needed)

PCT~40 mg/d~Nolva~ wks 12 thru 15


this is a much more accurate description of what I am considering...
-If you still think this is too high, or JC's post is too high, I want to know... criticism is always appreciated and suggestions are always welcomed.
Why am I considering a cycle?
-because I know I will see better gains than I will without... i.e. maximize gains.

NOW THAT I'M GETTING A BETTER IDEA OF WHAT I SHOULD BE LOOKING AT... WHAT ARE YOUR OPINIONS OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED CYCLE
-If I go 500/wk test what would you recomend on deca/dbol?
-Should I extend the test by a week or two or shorten the deca by same?
-PCT... Dad says PCT over 6 weeks after last shot.... So, shouldn't I taper that down rather than crash??? 40/40/30/30/20/10????
 
I've only just read this and I like DAD have freaked out at your first suggestion. I am glad to see after a few responses that you are starting to apply some common sense. I would go as far as to suggest you get on with some very serious training and nutrition for another solid year. Put the gear in your drawer until then. With the right program and diet you can add probably 10-15lbs of solid no fat beef to your frame in the next year without chemical intervention. Just my two cents here!!

While certainly much better, I still think yuo can take proposal number 2 here, and cut those doses in half as well. Not kidding here - yuo REALLY do NOT need that much drug. I personally do not like deca as for many people yuo get progesterone sides.

Also, yuor anti-estrogens need to be run for a good 6 weeks after yuor last shot! And yuo WILL need to use these, so there's no "if needed" qualifier that should be used.

I still maintain that anyone even considering AAS have at least two years of steady, week-in-week-out training, and have reached the absolute limit that all kinds of different training and good diet brings them to. I would be willing to bet a lot that virtually evryone who thinks they've now got to do that first cycle, could get another 10% increase in their lean mass without drugs if they did more work on figuring uot their training and diet.

Hi Java!

I like that you mentioned "considering". Then you said "ripped", right? Your whole thing sounds like a bulker so my advice is:
ONLY DIET WILL GET YOU RIPPED, PERIOD.
AAS will be used to keep the mass you already have, so 100mg prop eod is enough. Usually, only advanced guys are able to put on weight while losing a lot of fat. Next time you go for a bulker again, just add 100-200mg to what you have done previously. IE, let's say you have done a 500mg test e. on your last bulker, then on the next one you'll do good with 500mg test plus 200mg deca.
