Critique my diet plan?

My goal is to gradually lose fat while holding onto as much muscle as possible. Here is my plan:
Day one ~ Low carbs (about 60 grams taken in the am) and low calories (around 1600-1800 or so) protein as high as possible mainly from fish
Day two ~ Moderate carbs (around 200 grams) moderate calories (2500-2800 or so) high protein. Fats will be from raw almonds and olive oil. This is a clean diet, no junk food, only water to drink.
I will keep alternating between these two days. What do you think?
 
When you say protien as high as possible how high is that? (400g =1600 cals)

340g protien = 1360 cals + 60g carbs totals 1600 cals
390g protien = 1560 cals + 60g carbs totals 1800 cals

thats not that much protine (depending on your size I guess) and not counting ANY fat.
I think your gonna be pretty drained at the end of the day!! but you shouold drop weight pretty fast that way.
 
I actually think 300 grams of protein is plenty, it is the other macro's that he needs to get straight in order to meet the calories he stated.

Yes, I am a fan of lower carbs and fats as energy source when leaning up. To be honest, when I get lean I just count my carb intake and knew my protein was going to be around 250-350 grams everyday depending on my hunger...been counting macro's forever and I can pretty much eye ball my macro's/calories per day since the food choices were about the same everday. All fat came from meat sources, eggs, peanut butter, fish...

Without giving percentages to the macro breakdown, I would say under 50-75 grams of carbs per day, 250-350 grams per day, 70-100 grams of fat per day...so calories would range from 2,000 - 2,500 calories depending on my hunger that day! Of course, I would have a refeed or higher carb day as needed which was slim to none towards the end of me leaning out...listen to the body temp and respond to it...you stop seeing changes have a high carb day to get that body to react!

Now, I am eating plenty of carbs:D
