My goal is to gradually lose fat while holding onto as much muscle as possible. Here is my plan:
Day one ~ Low carbs (about 60 grams taken in the am) and low calories (around 1600-1800 or so) protein as high as possible mainly from fish
Day two ~ Moderate carbs (around 200 grams) moderate calories (2500-2800 or so) high protein. Fats will be from raw almonds and olive oil. This is a clean diet, no junk food, only water to drink.
I will keep alternating between these two days. What do you think?
