1 Tablespoon of EVOO
5G Omega 3 Fish oil
CO-Q10 200MG
2 Vitamin-B Caps
6 hard boiled Omega 3 free range Eggs
1 Cup of cherry



Workout: (BCAA 30G) + 10G Glutamine + b6 + Creatine + Beta Allinine


Post-Workout:Whey Isolate + Glutamine + BCAA



Meal 2-

200G Extra Lean Ground beef
1 Cup of Brocoli
1G Vitamin C



Meal 3-

1 Tablespoon of EVOO
2500 IU Vitamin D3
2 Can of Tuna
1 Cup of Brocoli



Meal 4-

1 Tablespoon of EVOO
5G of Fish Oil
CO-Q10 200MG
2500 IU Vitamin D3
200G Extra Lean Ground Beef
1 cup Spinach



-400MG CQ-10 with Fat meals
-Vitamin D with Fat Meals 5000 IU

-R-ALA(900MG a DAY) On Carb Up Days

My main concern is Health and building a Lean Physique, im already lean but could be leaner.
