Hey guys, trying to come up with a new routine, any suggestions? all sets listed are after warming up. im trying to get down to just 4 days of training. had been 5, but want to try 4 for a while. just having trouble getting all the work crammed in.
Mon- chest/bis
Incline BB -4 sets 8-12 reps
flat bench- 2 sets 8-12 reps(want to emphasize upper chest)
cybex pec dec 4 sets 8-12
bis
Barbell curls 4sets 12 down to 6 reps
one arm cybex machine curls- 3x12-8
hammer curls 3x12-15
forearm supersets for 2-3 sets
tues- back/hams ( need help here. im about spent after DLs and want to maybe make this a back thickness/ ham day)
DL every other week to prescribed rep/weight for periodized traing for PL meet
Bent rows- 3 sets 8-12 reps
any suggestions
hams
stiff leg DLs 3x10
leg curls 3x10-15
glute ham raises 3 x 12 w/ bdywgt
Weds- cardio, calves and abs
thurs- Shoulders/tris
hammer strength press 3 x8-12
smith machine should press 3x8-12
laterals 4x10-15
front raises 3x10-15 (really want to bring up front delts)
tris
rope press downs 3x10-15
bar press downs 3x8-12
?
fri- back width and legs
WG lat pulls 3x12-15
neutral wide grip pulldows 3x8-12
?
legs-remember im trying to rcover from torn meniscus, so cant go too heavy. or do squats yet. im open to any suggestions here, i need alot of work.
Sat- i would like for sat to be just cardio calves and abs.
