-5000 IU Vitamin D3
breakfast:-1 cup eggwhite
-1 scoop whey isolate
-1 cup oatmeal
-1/2 cup bleuets
lunch:-10 oz extra lean ground beef
-1 cup brown rice
-1 cup brocolli
diner:-10 oz chicken breast
-1 cup brown rice
-1 cup brocolli
-1 oz Almonds
10:00:-1/2 cup eggwhites

-2 tablespoon of Natural Peanut butter

Drink bottle water between meals.
