Please critique my physique ,gently you don`t want to make a 44yr old fart cry.

This was taken two years ago, I plan to compete one last time next year and wanted to fair a little better this time around.

So over to you ......

Upper body looks great.

Lower body looks like it could use some work (to match upper).

Post a full body side chest pose, and rear double bicep or lat spread.

I agree, upper body looks great. Legs look good too but upper body over powers your legs. How tall are you? You look like your quads are quite long hence the reason they look a little smaller than they probably are in real life.
You look awesome though mate

I agree my legs are weaker.

There was a time when my legs over powered my upper body,so I stopped training them for three months.

I guess it shows now.

Shelby,I lost all photos on my camera when I deleted the memory card, yeah stupid, when I went to the Mr O this year.

I would mate,but I have not trained since the end of September. I have just completed a really stupid cycle and now I am just taking time off.

I am regrouping until the new year and then.....the last hurrah!

In other words I look like a couch potatoe who just plays xbox every spare minute.
My ranking on COD is still crap though.
