Dude, I have the same problem....I just have to wear always short tights under my pants and let it dry itself. It's a painfull specially the day after shaving.

i get the samething realy bad. what i have found that works is
1 compression shorts like the ones used in baseball
2 gold bonds in fresh underwear twice a day
3 wierd but take a shower and then go out in your backyard and just let it absorb some rays. It realy helps

i have had the problem especially with working outside in florida and doing a lot of walking. my brother/boss bought me some spandex(black) that match the shorts(black). that has worked quite well without the staining of vaseline coming through your drawers...
