Quick back ground on myself. 39 years old. I put on 100lbs nattie from 17 years old til mid 20's. Nattie for the first 24 years of lifting / BB. 6'4" 220lbs nattie contest weight...I won several local heavyweight and a few overalls contests, since my mid 20's. At this stage Id say Im very near my genetic limit.
Just started gear last year. Had two VERY good cycle results with a simple 500mg Test E a week for 8-10 weeks then simple PCT. I took a 5 months break last time around to see how much I would loose. I kept some strength and muscle size.
Previous blood work showed I was on the low end of normal for my age in test production.
I want to compete in some more serious shows, masters obviously. I would like to consider cruising after this cycle of Test E. I have read some pretty damn high "cruising" dosages and I would like to keep it minimal with say 250mg Test E every 10 days.
Should this be adequate to retain what I gained thus far in everyones opinion? Taking into consideration Im not using high dosages while ON?
Im currently 6'4" 275lbs at 12-14% bf. Diet and training is very good all year...i.e. "one cheat meal a week".
