For all you DC'ers out there, what are your thoughts on straight setting each exercise during a cruise? My plan super supp wise is 500mg blasts then back down to 125mg during the cruise (protein goes from 400+ to around 250). Do you think this is enough to retain muscle during the cruise even if the cruise is months long? I'm going to lose 4-5% bodyfat before going back up and am currently doing a lot of cardio so don't want to be going through gruelling blast style workouts if I can get away with straight sets (rep range 12-20, usually 15-20). I'm not under any illusions that I will be growing on the cruise; I just want to retain as much as possible.
 
I find not overdoing it on cruises is the way to go. Maintain as much as you can without risking injury or gassing yourself out before its time to grow again.

Just my two cents
 
Pretty sure using 100mg of test a week during the cruise period would prevent any loss

For me I have been extremely successful with
200mg test
150 mg EQ
150 mg Deca

If your gonna go as low as 100mg of test then I’d suggest adding another compound like primo, EQ, NPP, or Deca at 100/150mg

But if it was only 4 to 8 weeks at only 100mg of test I would bank my money you will not experience true losses of muscle size

Loss of muscle strength I’d say inevitable and maybe lose some water weight
