For all you DC'ers out there, what are your thoughts on straight setting each exercise during a cruise? My plan super supp wise is 500mg blasts then back down to 125mg during the cruise (protein goes from 400+ to around 250). Do you think this is enough to retain muscle during the cruise even if the cruise is months long? I'm going to lose 4-5% bodyfat before going back up and am currently doing a lot of cardio so don't want to be going through gruelling blast style workouts if I can get away with straight sets (rep range 12-20, usually 15-20). I'm not under any illusions that I will be growing on the cruise; I just want to retain as much as possible.
