Crusing and Feeling tired

I did my first cycle 12 weeks 250mg Test E/2x week. I've been crusing for 4 weeks now at 100mg every 4 days. I don't feel depressed or anything just irregularly tired. Could it be possible estrogen levels? Would running a low dose of nolva while I cruise help?

Have you decreased your intensity and/or volume in proportion to your decrease in your supplemental TE?
Most tend to ignore the fact that "ideal" conditions change with dose. With decreased dose it can be easier to over-train (or rather, under-recuperate).
It took me many years to learn the need to change my training volume based on levels of supplementation.
