CT Fletcher motivation

Ive always been up in the air with making big arms. Some say dont train arms directly at all, others say train them each day like he does, then others say once a week. This should be an interesting thread.
 
Science aside and completely broscience based.....I notice the guys with the biggest arms at my gym are the guys that bench and do arm work every single time they're in the gym. They're the same guys I generally wrote off as being idiots in the past. :confused:

Except this guy is world champion power lifter. He doesnt just do arms and bench every time hes in the gym :rolleyes:

He worked arms directly beceause he competed in strict curl competitions, and benched 700+. Guy used to be a big fat monster.

Never said the guy was scientifically correct. He's just a damn good motivator. And there's no denying this guy is a BEAST for an all natural 50+ year old. I hope I still have that kind of motivation at 50

CT benched 600 at a venice meet weighing around 300lbs 15 years ago, not 700+.

I mean I took the numbers straight off the video that I posted, all the lifts he mentioned he did were over 700.

This guy could be natural, and I have seen people like this before. Seems like everyone lives in outer space and has not witnessed first hand anomalies.

This also demonstrates that OVER EATING can be equally or MORE dangerous on health parameters than AAS usage --- now combine excessive eating + excessive AAS usage and you can imagine the seriousness here...

Don Long named it - touch up training and this works very well he used to train biceps himself every day and he had BIG biceps, he applies this technique to his pro athletes and they had brought quads, hams, shoulders big time, in one offseason
The guy below does pull ups in every workout
