CTS surgery/ will this help in regard to symptoms from hgh?

I work a job that is known for giving people CTS over time. I didn't have any real issues with it until I started hgh, as soon as I started hgh the symptoms became really intense... My hands go dead numb and sometimes feel like they are on fire, not only at night but all through the day as well... Sometimes I can't close my hands all the way, and sometimes my fingers cramp up and get stuck when I do try to close my hands... I can say it's work related and they will pay for the surgery, but I'm not sure if this will even help...anyone have any experience with this? Thanks
