Deadlift - 295 x 5 sets x 2 reps
Rack Pulls - 315 x 2 x 3
Weighted Plank - 45 x 3 x 30s
Machine Preacher Curls - 120 x 4 x 10-15
Tricep Pushdowns - 120 x 4 x 10-15
Back felt really good since I last injured it a couple weeks ago. Felt good to be able to pull again! And walking out injury free is a big bonus, too.
