Curcumin and Scar Tissue?

I think I read somewhere that curcumin gets rid of scar tissue. If this is true does anyone know if it only helps at the site of Injection or is this systemic.

It does not reduce scar tissue. I have been taking it for 3-4 years straight. My worst scar tissue build up is from curc shots.

hyaluronic acid is what you want. it breaks up scar tissue. you can inject it directly into a lump and over time it will help it to break down.

curc may have a mild effect on scaring when used in topical applications like onthe skin.

i use an antioxident lotion on my skin. one of the things it has is curc, it does signifigantly improve healing and reduce scaring but there are many compounds at work. oh yeah, it also gets rid of wrinkles and blemishes and dark spots AND clear up my psoriassis!!!
