Curling in the squat rack is okay as long as you're not preventing anyone from using that rack for an exercise that requires a rack. Every time I do a BB curl, it's in the squat rack.

Aint that the truth!!! I have a buddy that will train chest/arms 3 times per week. He wonders why he is stuck at the same weight for the past year and why his max doesn't improve. He has asked me what he can do to improve his bench. I tell him he needs to hit deadlifts and squats but he is in total denial and will then ask about changing up his bench routine... I have given up giving him any advice at this point.
I saw him in shorts a couple of months ago and it looked like he had the legs of a quadriplegic! He has a big upper body with twigs for legs... Oh well, to each their own I guess!

i must agree, heavy deads will make EVERYTHING grow, as will squats
i am of the opinion, unless injury prevents you, that those 2 exercises should be in everyone's routine. men, women, teens, bodybuilders, powerlifters, etc...
