Sorry for asking so many questions, but I just re-read something on this board. I was thinking about using Powdered Muscle from TP or that DAA T-Booster from TP. Then, I see you use Powdered Muscle & Anatrop. What's Anatrop and which would you pick between the two if you had to?
This if for enhancing your workout; during or pre. Whatever gets the blood flowing and doesn't leave me as tired. My routine is low volume, moderate frequency, high intensity.
Anatrop is BCAAs with additional l-leucine, plus creatine monohydrate and l-taurine.
Powdered Muscle is:
Swedish Oat Starch, PeptoPro®, Glycerol, Creatine Monohydrate, L-Glutamine, Sea Salt, Ascorbic Acid, Magnesium Aspartate, Natural and Artificial Flavoring and Coloring, Acesulfame Potassium, Sucralose, Modified Food Starch, Silicon Dioxide, Maltodextrin, Magnesium Stearate.
Neither really "amps" you up for a workout, but they support protein synthesis / anabolism.
If you're looking for a preworkout boost, Trueprotein has other supplements for that. My company (Troponin) also carries some good preworkout stuff, we just came out with a new one called Hypertrop.
