Could be 230... looks like about the same mass/height ratio as me and I'm 6'8" and 280. Its hard to compare when average bber is about 5'8".

At 6' you look all of 230 to me. I'll bet in person people guess you weigh 250. Every time I post pics, people say I don't look near that weight, but in person it's different. How much did you weigh in your avatar?

yes exactly you got it on point...thas why i was surprised. People always think i am 250. maybe i look bigger in clothes i guess.

Yeah I agree. I'm also 6ft tall. I see the 230 that you say. In you avatar I'd say even heavier. Probably just the angle of the shot

Angle and light makes a big difference as does body hair.

If your legs are close to proportion to your upper body id say 230 easy for a 6 foot tall guy
