but, for a guy who posts as much advice as you do, I really expected more. You are very small, and not that lean. :spam:

what we respect Pesty for is that he does everything right. he might not have been blessed with size but he has determination and preservearance. that is more respectable than being born big. he is also has seniority on most of us hear so we respect him for that as well.
size is not always a determing factor of how much someone knows or etc. there are some big boys out there that don't know shit and don't train hard and don't diet hard.
Pesty is what bodybuilding is all about.

Well, I decided to respond to your comment. What do you consider big and healthy at 50? Let me give you a history lesson on me. When I started 30 years ago, I was 140 pounds at the same height. In that picture I am 225, that is 85 pounds of muscle. At 30 years, that is aprox. 3 pounds per year, Nice slow, healthy gains.

I weighed 265 in 1990, and was unhealthy. You can have that big life style, it isn't for me. I want to live longer. I am not blessed with genetics at all. Every thing you see, I worked my ass off to get there. By the way, not all knowledge people have champion physiques.

I will show your in society, that 95% of guys, don't look like this at 50. Yes, I am a little proud in that area. You made me LMAO, when you said I don't look that lean. This is the offseason, you evidentually look past my show pictures, where even my glutes were shredded, lol.

I won 2 shows, with out good genes. I plan to win some at 50. Of course I could be talking to a champion body builder, for all I know. I won't ask you too post your pictures. Rather, I will wait until your 50, so You can show me how great you look.

I agree, I wanted a balance of looking good, but not sacraficing health. I didn't do anything special, but I never had bad meals and went to basics. Like exercises and heavy.

seriously, you look much younger... and i remember a picture you posted in the offseason about a year or so ago (when you were wearing blue posing trunks i think)... you gained A LOT of mass since then! great job!!!
