Cut out whey and casine protein closer to show??

Just wondering if their is a time like days or week out from a show when you will cut back or eliminate taking in any whey or casino protein??

I was talking to a figure competitor about her diet and she said that her trainer takes away any casine protein 12 weeks out from a show , I was kind of courious why one would do that , I could see maybe 3-4 weeks if your body is supseptible to bloat from milk products

i mean......if you look good (looking good) dont change
a damn thing.....

if you feel the need to cut ANYTHING out
make sure its because your NOT seeing what you
want in the mirror......no other reason

I, personally.......do not think cutting ANY protein
will make a damn bit of difference, in anyway shape or form

UNLESS......your doing keto (or keto type diet)
i say keto type, because there is so many variations now

i say......dont change shit......if you LIKE what you see

I use very little protein powder only one serving a day , I had told this lady that I mix 1 whey with 2 scoops casine and mix with little water and makes like a paste or fudge , she tried it and loves it says it realy helps curb her late night sweet tooth but she was worried about the next 10 weeks and how hard it would be if she dident have something like this to keep her sane .

It was just odd to me that she would cut it out since it just protein

No , I'm trying to recover for a layoff late last year that forced me to use up most of my savings not allowing to spend much on "playing" this year.
Luckly i had stocked up on supps before i got laid off.
So i'm gonna give it a shot on my own this year but may have to hire Alex as i get closer to finish the job , i've been doing some side work slowing putting money back into saving but with the economy today its hard to justify spending it till i get a good buffer built back up. Im try desperatly not to have to go back over seas to work but last ditch effort theirs always some good guys that need protection for bad ones

Im sure im gonna be OK , thier is a little show early in my town i might do as a test run but basicly im just gonna cut down and dod what Alex had me do last year but from alot leaner start that way is things arn't going well he will know whats been happening.
Alex is a great dude and well worth every penny he charges
