on thos pics taken 1 week ago I'm 220lbs carb depleted, now I'm at 225 lbs this morning
estimated bf is about 6% or so

nothing special lol
it's just that I want to bulk up again from september 15th and I want to maintain that bodyfat level for 1 month before I'll go back to huge amount of foods
