I'm about to start my cutting phase. I would like to lose as much bodyfat without losing hard earned muscle. Of course I'll have some assistance from my good friends Winny, Tren, Test ,GH, along with some T3 thrown in just for shits and giggles Right now I'm 220 @ around 14-15% bodyfat. Several people have thrown out the idea that I should try an Atkins style diet where I keep carbs at around 20 grams per day, but I'm concerned about losing muscle and energy at such a low level. I'll most likely keep protein fairly high @ 400 grams per day. Any good advice on where I should keep my carb levels at to lose bodyfat and maintain muscle?
