Not on paper looking for personal use, how much better is Dihydro than regular berberine?

I was taking 1500 berberine vs now 600 dihydro, i feel like the efficacy is around the same but with zero stomach sides. I can take dihydro by itself in an empty stomach with no upset

Do you think the longer you stay on tren the side effects start to diminish? Some guy who was on tren for 12 years at 600mg claimed all the nasty side effects eventually just go away.

I thought they diminish, but the more you stay on it, the more you think being toxic and an asshole is normal cause that’s all you used to.

Once I got off of it; I was a different person.
