I have oral winni tabs, masteron, test prop, ephedrine, clen, and cytomel. I am currently 190 at about 15% bf. Here is what I was thinking for a 12 week cycle:

Week 1-4:
Ephedrine 50mg/day
Test prop 200/EOD
Masteron 100/EOD

Week 5-8
Test prop 200/EOD
Masteron 100/EOD
Clen/t3

Week 9-12
Test prop 200/EOD
Ephedrine 50mg/day
Winni 50mg/day

What're your thoughts, suggestions, etc?

Bodyfat - 15%
Goal - I'm looking to end march at 6-8%, losing around 20-25lbs fat and gaining 10ish lbs muscle
Diet - planning on chicken, fish, lean beef/turkey, only oats and brown rice for carbs. About 250g protein, 150g carbs nontraining days (200g carbs training)
Other supps - 9g omegas oils, 10g glutamine, constant consumption of 12-1 ratio BCAA powder in water throughout the day

Let me know if anything else is necessary please. Thank you very much, I'm new to these forums
 
up ur masteron to 125mg EOD, and run ti throughout the ENTIRE cycle

everything else looks fine

Cutting consist of several approaches, personal log book, diet intake, your personal goals, time frame such as when are you starting and ending, what progress are you making in between, before and after pictures, how much amount of cardio are you going to incorporate either AM or PM, proper food intake, amount of fats, carbs, protein, how much water intake, CLEAN WATER that is! What type of AAS Cycle usage and several other factors bro.

Yes, AAS is ONLY an additional to the WHOLE program NOT just one part of it. It takes experience, practice and know how to lose BF! I love to see all these guys working their ass off at the gym, hiring a fat ass personal trainer who doesnt know shit about diet and the trainer looks worst than the guy who actually is trying to get his body in shape, finish workingout and then hit a Mcdonalds, Burger King, Wendy's or some shit ass fast food joint! Brothers, this is NOT what this is ALL about, either you commit yourself the RIGHT WAY or don't! Just my opinion brothers! :headbang:

What would you think of doing tren weeks 1-6 then masteron 7-12? That way I'm not doing a whole 12 weeks of mast and the tren will help significantly for the beginning 6 weeks... Thoughts?

I think masteron has very lil side effects, and see no reason u couldn't safely run that the whole 12. Tren can be tricky, a lot of people will react different. Some feel tren a is less sides and tren e is stronger and so on. If its ur first go with tren go with acetate since u r already doing prop, but please have some prolactin inhibitors on hand. I'm sending u a pm now, hopefully Ull find it useful.

12 week cycle to gain 10lbs of muscle and lose 20-25lbs of fat? Not very realistic goals. Sure you can build muscle while losing fat, but it isn't much and requires a great deal of nutrient timing.

EXACTLY WHAT I'M TRYING TO SAY, not realistic goals! 25lbs of fat in 3 months highly dangerous if you dont know what your doing! No cycle will help you if you abuse your body to that extent... AAS is ONLY one small part of it! :naughty:

Okay let me rephrase my goal, I was wildly off when I set it out, and that wasn't my intention. My MAIN goal is to weight 175. Currently I am 191 at 13%, and I wish to be between 7-9% bf. I don't believe that is unrealistic, based on the diet set out and the intense training regime I will be following. Here is an example of a daily meal

Meal 1: 6 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats
Meal 2: whey isolate shake, 30g
Meal 3: chicken salad (8oz chicken and 2 tbsp fat free vinegrette)
Meal 4: 97% fat free ground turkey (6oz) 1/2 cup brown rice
Workout (60min circuit training + 20 minute HIIT cardio w/ 12:1 aminos)
Meal 5: 1/2 sweet potato, spinach, broccoli, 8oz chicken
Meal 6: 30g casein protein

you can get away with getting a few bottle of tri blend with the mast/trenA/prop...just run that eod with your fatburners...if you can add 4iu ed of gh, it will help with the bf%....if you want to run a little more, just switch to 100mg of each eod, or run the .5cc ed....

u think 1/2cc of tren ace eod and test P eod is too small? have you ever touched trenA before??? your 190 lbs and 25+lbs of fat! that would be ~165lbs at 5'9" somewhat lean...do you really think you need 6-800mg of prop(1cc of 200mg eod) to "lose 25lbs of fat and gain TEN LBS" at 165lbs?!??!?? lmaooooo...

i was trying to give you a simple recommendation of the cheapest way....if you want to really run it, and have money, than lets go bro- the more u take the better ull look hands down...dont get scarred now-

trenA-100mg EOD/ED
Mast-100mg eod
eq- 6-900mg/week

Ha I just found some tren, it's tren E though. I don't have the resources for EQ or HGH. The tren e I have is 200mg/ml, and I was only going to Do 6 weeks because I was told that was typically the best duration without damage being done, especially at 400mg/week. This is what I was suggested to do from some pretty reputable individuals:

Tren E - 200mg 2/week
Mast E - 200mg EOD
Test p - 150mg EOD
Ephedrine 50-100mg/day (with caffeine and baby aspirin)

And if I'm 190 and 13%, then at 165 I would be at 0% bf

u dropped 2% bf since the 1st when you made this post and said 15%??...wow;)...idk of any1 who says at 190 ,12 13%, "i need to lose 25lbs of fat".... lol

id say its an ok outline...i just dont understand why soo much test when ur goal is to "LOSE WEIGHT"...your literally taking a cc of prop a day equalling around 600mg...you only want 10lbs of muscle...i mean jesus, wtf would you need if you were 175 9% trying to get to 185? a gram?? lol.....u have other shit in their to make up the mgs w the tren and mast...i personally dont think a guy TRYING to weigh ~175lbs needs a gram and a half of gear and fatburners..u need to get LEANNNN(around 10%) then worry about blowing up from there....thats my opinion if you want to look your best for the long haul....
