So I finally hit my Goal weight of 220lbs. I'm going to lean down now, and drop some of this extra BF that I gained. Needed an opinion on adding something.

Diet:
2000 Cals Daily
300 Protein
150 Carbs
25 Fats

Normal Lifting - Add some superset for heart rate
Cardio - 45 minutes each gym day (post workout)
Cycle - 200mg Primo/100mg Test prop EOD

I'm back and forth about running CEC 50mg with this daily or just leave it be and gauge my fat loss without it and throw it in if I become stagnant. I'm only going 8 weeks. Trying to yeild between 20-25lbs of fat loss.

Calories far too low imo. Protein and carbs look good. Fats easy too low. Gotta leave your self somewhere to go when things stall. I'm tired and probable asking av dumb question but what's cec,

Have you ever attempted ketosis?

If fat loss is strictly all your after, ketogenic diets are extremely efficient and work well for peeling off fat very fast....

If you've never tried the process, you should give it a shot.
 
@sammy555 - CEC is T3,Ephedrine,Caffeine. But made up from natural sources rather than their Chemical siblings.

@jj - Thought about ketosis, but since I'm only running for 8 weeks and I can drop 20-25lbs just changing up diet a little and adding cardio I should be good. Ketosis I'd run if I needed to be down to 7% or lower.

So not really t3, ,ephridrine and Caffeine at all or am I misunderstanding you? Is it some sort of otc fat loss thing ?

I hear that...

I simply use diet tools. I am never on one set diet. I am always manipulating things in real time.

To me, ketosis is simply a tool you can pull out the tool chest periodically, and you completely change the metabolic formula from within your body.

If I feel I have plenty of muscle fullness...and I begin to spill over from excessive carb intake...I say..fuck it, lets just peel out for 2 weeks straight.

So for 2 weeks straight, I have basically zero carbs....and I cardio my asshole off...and the correct protein intake combined with AAS + training, your muscle is simply guaranteed to stay on your frame homie. The constant low levels of glucose in your blood after 4-5 days...you will slowly begin the process of your body shifting into just incinerating its way thru fat for energy....and as long as you just get through that first wall....and you stay on the fat freight train for atleast another 10 days....you could easily peel off 7-8lbs of pure lard off your frame in 14-15 days....

Just a suggestion bro....sometimes pulling out the keto tool and all out stripping of carbohydrate can really help you punch right thru that fat loss plateau...
