I've always been one of those guys that more meals=more hunger so I'm playing around with this idea:

Wake at 8am:pin 3iu hgh then fast till noon. 1st meal will be protein, fats, veggies. Lift at 2-2:30. Post workout meal will be protein carb, then 3rd meal will be protein and less/slower carb, then pre bed will be protein and a little fat at 10pm. Then 3iu hgh pre bed.

Hopefully the smaller eating window And 4 meals will keep hunger at bay better. Seems like when I eat carbs it's like a hunger switch kicks on lol

I think you would be better off doing 2 24 hour fasts or 1 36 per week. I've done both methods and with gh you drop fat quick and hold muscle and strength. That said your idea looks good too. Dieting on 6 maps a day can get tough. I fall back on nicotine gum

I've done a little if like you are talking about with out the gh. I found it worked good for a while then the size of my meals seems to increase to keep hungar at bay.
 
I'm thinking of revisiting if next cut as I've done some emergency fasting over Christmas period with positive effects and nice strength increases. Over eating at end of fast can become a problem so I will run it in conjunction with a full macro counted diet to maintain consistency.

You guys are doing something wrong if you need to fast to lose fat.

Exactly. Just another form of calorie deficit but one that many people find easier/more maintainable than dieting 7 days a week
